Transport Administrator

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Administrator to join our team in Blyth , Worksop working in partnership with our customer B&Q at their distribution centre. You will be working on rotating shift pattern of ‘Any 5 from 7’ with the hours of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00 . What you will do on a typical day: Manage all aspects of transport clerical duties for the site Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration Manage customer service both internally and externally Support the transport operation in compliance to company processes What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in a similar role is highly desirable Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills Understanding of Tachograph compliance and Working Time Directives Good Microsoft Office knowledge We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
