Are you looking for a role where you’ll play a vital part in keeping a busy transport operation safe, legal and efficient?
Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting a Transport Fleet Coordinator to join our B&Q operation in Swindon. Working closely with the Transport Manager and Assistant Transport Manager, you’ll support all aspects of fleet and driver compliance, ensuring we meet O Licence requirements, internal audit standards and GXO’s commitment to safety. This is a key role within the transport team - perfect for someone who enjoys structure, compliance and working at the heart of operational delivery.
The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis where you’ll work Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day
- Support transport compliance activity, ensuring full adherence to O Licence and company standards
- Oversee fleet maintenance records, servicing, MOTs and defect management
- Liaise with service providers to arrange and track vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Manage tachograph compliance, including downloads, infringements, missing mileage and driver data
- Maintain accurate fleet, driver and licence records across GXO systems, complete weekly and monthly compliance audits and quality checks
- Produce and maintain transport metrics, compliance dashboards and performance reports
- Act as a key point of contact for drivers, transport teams, planners and QHSE colleagues

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
- Good understanding of transport compliance, driver hours or fleet processes
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, organised and solutions focused approach
