GXO Logistics is seeking a Carrier Team Lead Administrator at our Screwfix site in Trentham, Stoke. The role focuses on managing carrier performance, cost, compliance and customer service through accurate reporting and data analysis.
It is a full-time, permanent position with standard Monday to Friday hours (8am–4pm) and some flexibility. You will support the Carrier Management team by maintaining CMS2, producing operational reports and driving continuous improvement across delivery networks.
