Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next step? Perhaps you're already acting in a supervisory role but want a new challenge? Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Equipment Management operation at our Morrisons RRU site in Stockton. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working any 4 days from 7, 17:00 - 03:00. However, we do ask for some flexibility on the hours worked to support the operation when required.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,476.80 per annum plus a shift premium of £4326.36 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation
- Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Deal with all returned products and equipment
- Support the shift manager with engaging the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads
