We are on the lookout for a Stock Team Leader to support our client located in Lutterworth. You will lead a team of stock clerks on shift, ensuring stock accuracy and integrity while minimizing stock loss.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work 4-on-4-off shift pattern.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,160 per annum, and 24 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met

Work with the Operations team to resolve errors (i.e. Pick error’s, placing errors, Over picks, etc)

and non-conformance effecting stock integrity

Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and develop and maintain visual management boards for the team

Meet standards of performance, behaviour and as laid down by company and site policies and procedures. Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met
What you need to succeed at GXO:

A background in inventory or stock management, or a related role

Experience with operating a warehouse management system (WMS)

Experience in managing teams within a supply chain or stock management environment
