. Are you a  Warehouse Operative  or  Warehouse Administrator  that enjoys investigating? Do you have some experience of Stock control and looking for a new challenge? Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent  Stock Operative to join our team in  Sherburn in Elmet. What you’ll do on a typical day: Investigating any stock discrepancies and maintaining accurate stock for management system Liaising extensively with other departments and functions as instructed by Stock Manager, and Team Leaders Carry out stock counts, quality checks of products and checking product codes Inputting data into spread sheets for report writing Ensure all stock is labelled and stored correctly Highlighting stock issues to management What you need to succeed at GXO: Excellent communication, both verbal and written An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VMS Adhere to all GXO Health and Safety Policy We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
