Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for the full-time, permanent Shunter to join our team in Birmingham for our customer, a British retailer, WHSmith.

You will be contracted to work 45 hours per week, with the hours of 22:30 05:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Maintain the workflow of the site communicating with drivers, transport office and security hub
• Reverse trailers onto bays, maintaining records of movements and trailers activity
• Keep yard and traffic areas free flowing, clear and tidy in line with site standards
• Operate tug in line with training ensuring safety process are followed on every occasion

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the previous 5 years
• Previous experience driving category C vehicles is desirable
