We are looking for a Warehouse Section Manager (12-month FTC) to join our M&S site in Thorncliffe. You'll lead your team to achieve business goals, maximising productivity and efficiency whilst focusing on continuous improvement and colleague wellbeing.
This is a full-time position, FTC for 12 months, where you'll be working an any 5 from 7' day shift pattern. The hours of work are, 14:00 - 22:00.
Pay, benefits and more:
- You’ll be paid a salary of £30,000 - £35,000.00 per annum, depending upon experience.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you'll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets.
- Pro-actively support the site and customer's continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change.
- Promote a creative atmosphere where ideas and improvements can be harnessed.
- With good understanding of Health & Safety you'll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings.
