Have you ever worked in the fast-paced logistics environment? Do you have experience in transport, but want a new challenge where you can further develop your skills and knowledge? Here at GXO Logistics, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Administrator to join our team in Rugby for our customer, NHS Supply Chain. You will be working on a shift pattern of Sunday to Thursday with the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Pre-brief drivers, providing them with vehicle documentation and keys, and customer paperwork
- Debrief drivers at the end of their shift, ensuring their paperwork has been completed in full
- Respond to any enquiries, field calls and take messages to pass onto the Transport team
- Run Tachograph and KPI reports at the end of each shift and circulate to the wider team

- Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills
- Transport background is desirable
