HR Advisor
and become a key member of the HR team supporting our Amazon operation in Avonmouth.
Working closely with managers, colleagues and trade union representatives, you'll provide practical HR support across a wide range of employee relations matters while helping to create a positive and engaging workplace.
This is a varied role offering exposure to recruitment, absence management, investigations, performance management, employee engagement and change initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR career within a fast-paced logistics environment.
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of up to
£40,000
per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

What youll do on a typical day: Advise managers on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary and grievance cases Build strong relationships with colleagues, managers and trade union representatives Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities Monitor investigations, probation reviews and absence trends to ensure a consistent approach Help drive colleague engagement initiatives and support HR projects across the site What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous HR Advisor experience , including managing employee relations cases Strong communication and influencing skills , with the confidence to support managers at all levels CIPD qualified, studying towards CIPD, or equivalent HR experience A proactive, organised approach
