Are you ready to take your expertise in warehouse systems to the next level and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly? We are excited to announce an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Superuser to join our Northampton team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to both Inventory and Warehouse functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operational processes. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 15:00 to 23:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Keep systems running smoothly by performing housekeeping tasks in DLX, SYNQ & 6RS
  • Raise and manage tickets for system issues, fixing errors quickly to keep operations flowing
  • Handle system downtime by working with engineers and updating key stakeholders to minimise disruption
  • Manage user access across all systems and carry out monthly audits to ensure security and compliance
  • Support warehouse processes through the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory
