Working closely with some of our customers, such as ASOS, River Island, Iceland, Sainsbury's, and hundreds more, our two-year graduate development programme encompasses structured rotations in both warehouse and transport functions, covering roles such as First Line and Shift Manager. With mentorship from senior leaders, exposure to high-impact projects and the opportunity to gain a professional qualification (CMI), you'll build the foundations of a successful long-term career.
Supply Chain Graduate Management Programme pay, benefits and more:
- You will be offered a starting salary of £29,000 per annum, rising to £31,000 in your second year.
- Opportunities are available in different parts of our operations, giving you invaluable industry experience.
