  • access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts
  • cycle to work scheme
  • cashback cards
  • a saving scheme
  • GXO University which provides you the opportunity to learn new skills and gain qualifications at a pace that you're comfortable with

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Act as the first point of contact for stock and systems queries, supporting the operation and escalating where needed
  • Monitor and analyse inventory data using WMS and reporting tools, ensuring stock integrity is always maintained
  • Investigate discrepancies, stock loss and system issues, identifying root causes and putting effective corrective action in place
  • Support daily inventory activity in a fast paced, high volume environment, ensuring KPIs and service levels are achieved
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams, digital partners and customer stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement

What you need to succeed at GXO:
