covering the hours of

£42,432

What you'll do on a typical day: Leading activities to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction Managing headcount, performance, and daily work allocation Driving continuous improvement and eliminating waste Ensuring Health & Safety and environmental standards are met Building a positive team culture and succession planning Handling disciplinary meetings, investigations, and grievance resolutions What you need to succeed at GXO: Strong previous experience within a fast-paced logistics environment Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example Excellent systems knowledge and confidence with Microsoft Excel A self-starter who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
