HR Manager - Legal in Northampton

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a HR Managerto join our NHS Supply Chain contract in Daventry. This is a full-time permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service. To align people-related policies and processes to ensure legal compliance Implement an approved People Plan that underpins the changes required to Culture and Performance. To manage and motivate the HR team to deliver against team and individual objectives management training; succession planning etc Proactive support and advice across the full spectrum of employee relations and employment law, including grievance, discipline, dismissal, TUPE and redundancy CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) with strong HR knowledge and up-to-date employment law expertise Planning & Organisation skills MS Office Excellent knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Relations, Change Management and HR databases GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
