Here at GXO, we're recruiting a Transport Administrator to join our busy dynamic Home Delivery team in Portbury, BS20 7XE.

This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7, shifts patterns include:
- 04:30 β 13:00
- 10:00 β 18:30
- 12:30 β 21:00

As a Transport Administrator, you will receive:

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Conduct vehicle debriefs, ensuring stock accuracy and checking vehicle condition and cleanliness
- Monitor and record daily equipment checks to maintain operational standards
- Communicate key updates and information to delivery crews in a timely manner
- Build positive working relationships and resolve issues professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with transport, warehouse, and Health & Safety teams to support daily operations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and error-free work
- IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel
- Experience using transport systems, Flexipod/Winsight, Vision, Telematics, with previous experience in logistics advantageous
- Flexible, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
