Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a fresh challenge? Are you someone who enjoys working in a busy environment where every day feels productive? Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Multi-Task Warehouse Operative to join our team working in partnership with our customer in Motherwell based on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will be working a 5 from 7 shift pattern, 37 hours per week, start time from 07:00 however we can offer slightly later start time if needed. Must be flexible to cover any 5 from 7 days.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Receiving, picking, packing, and cycle counting of warehouse inventory.
- Data input and related admin duties, training provided
- Operating safely in line with provided training
- Working with team members to meet targets and customer expectations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience in fast paced environment is desirable
- Good communication skills, along with good listening skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work using own initiative
- Ability to work well as part of a team and support others when needed
- All successful candidates will require full security clearance vetting
