GXO are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our SGN operation in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-site Finance function, delivering high-quality reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while partnering with operational and customer stakeholders. Using your commercial insight and financial expertise, you'll influence decision-making and help drive performance across the business. This is a full-time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, with a hybrid arrangement of 4 days based on-site and 1 day working from home.
Pay, benefits and more: You'll be paid a salary of up to £55,000 per annum. What you'll do on a typical day:
- Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Deliver budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the customer
- Support and drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the site
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and audit standards are maintained
