MI Senior Analyst

Pay, benefits and more: You\’ll be paid a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. What you’ll do on a typical day: Produce management information to the agreed schedule, daily/weekly/monthly for all levels of the business – which then enables stakeholders to provide actionable insight driving strategic and operational decisions. Design, create and maintain bespoke and ad-hoc reports in line with current operational requirements and project activities – you will gather and analyse data, then adapt it to present in a way that is appropriate for the intended audience. Build an understanding of our warehouse environment and customers’ expectations, whilst maintaining a great working relationship with all on‑site teams. Actively promote a continuous improvement culture within the team, especially around building more efficient MI tools to BAU reporting and projects scoping. What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources, adapting data to make sure it is fit‑for‑purpose. A strong analytical ability and an inquisitive mind, with the ability to translate data into visuals and adapt visualisation depending on the audience. Confident communication skills, to present information to managers and able to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. Confident MS Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI.
