GXO, a global supply chain solutions provider, is recruiting a Shift Manager for the Primark operation in Lutterworth on a 9‑month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation on a 4 on, 4 off shift from 06:00 to 18:00.
You’ll lead through Team Leaders to meet daily objectives, drive performance and continuous improvement while maintaining safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
