with travel to cover Swadlincote and other national depots. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational leadership experience who enjoys problem-solving, analysing performance, and working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Whilst transport experience would be beneficial, it isn't essential. We're keen to hear from candidates with supervisory warehousing or operational backgrounds who are looking to broaden their experience, as we'll provide support to develop the transport-specific knowledge needed to succeed in the role.
