Are you an experienced transport professional? Do you need a new challenge? Want to start 2026 off with a brand-new role? We're looking for a proactive Transport First Line Manager to join our Customer Fulfilment Centre for Waitrose in Greenford.

Responsible and accountable for managing core and agency colleagues across the transport operation within a 24 hour, 7 days a week operation. Ensuring achievement of productivity and agreed key customer service levels within cost targets through a motivated team.

This is a full time, permanent position and the hours are any 5 from 7 and various shifts between 04:00 and 23:00.

Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £39,007 per annum, and 25 days annual leave.
