business unit. You will provide strategic leadership and expert safety guidance across the Business Unit, ensuring GXO meets and exceeds all operational, legal, and regulatory obligations. The role drives a proactive safety culture aligned with
Road to Zero , strengthening risk controls, elevating safety performance, and embedding consistent QHSSSE standards across all sites. This includes developing and mentoring QSHE professionals, integrating effective management systems, and partnering with senior leaders to identify, prioritise, and mitigate critical risks. The role ensures the delivery of a safe, compliant, and high-performing operational environment through continuous improvement, risk reduction, strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and innovation. As part of our Senior Central QHSE team, you'll join us on
a full time, permanent, basis, with travel throughout the UK , predominantly working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, we are flexible at which one of our many sites you can call your base! Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of
