We are currently hiring Class 1 Drivers with flexible shift options to suit your lifestyle. We have flexible start time options across the 24-hour working day. Join our team at Iceland Foods Livingston site and be part of a supportive and dynamic workplace.

You will be working a flexible hours shift pattern (mornings, afternoons, and nights) on a 50-hour per week contract. Shifts will be rotating between Sunday to Thursday and Monday to Friday, with only two Saturdays required per month.

Pay:

  • An hourly rate from £16.04
  • Bank holidays or overtime rate £22.91 per hour
  • Additional pay: £1.70 per hour for hours worked between 06:00 and 07:00
  • £2.56 per hour for hours worked between 18:00 and 22:00
  • £3.17 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Deliver multi-temperature goods to Iceland stores on a multi-drop route, handling cages and pallets safely and efficiently
  • Support with loading and unloading, and make sure empty cages and pallets are returned to the site
  • Work independently and as part of a team to quickly resolve any delivery issues that come up
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with store staff and following all company policies and procedures

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A full UK driving licence with CE entitlement
  • No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with driving regulations
