Here at GXO, we’re looking for a confident and capable First Line Manager to join our Nutmeg contract based in Leeds.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, lead teams across shifts, and ensure our standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity are consistently met. This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 22:00 till 06:00.

- We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £34,807.50 per annum, and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead by example in health & safety, process adherence, and team engagement
- Managing shift handovers, resource planning, and operational continuity
- Supporting HR functions including RTWs, investigations, and absence management
- Driving performance against KPIs and supporting site-wide initiatives
- Acting as site lead on Sundays and during management absences

- Proven experience in team leadership within a warehouse or supply chain environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
