Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Do you have prior experience working in a warehouse or are you eager to learn? If yes, then we have the perfect position for you. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support our operation in Wellingborough, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Costa Coffee. This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift pattern of Any 5 from 7 with the hours of 23:00 – 07:00 or 4 on 4 off with the hours of 19:00 – 07:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Ensuring that products are picked accurately, loaded, and unloaded safely onto vehicles
- Responsible for tipping and processing outside suppliers as well as managing backhauls
- Data input using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
- Current UK Drivers licence would be advantageous but not essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
