We are looking for a Team Leader to join our GXO Direct operation supporting Jellycat in Swadlincote. In this role, you will lead a team of operatives across key warehouse functions including picking, packing, goods in and despatch ensuring accuracy, safety, and exceptional service for our customer.
This is a full time, permanent role, working a 5 on 2 off rotating shift pattern (05:30-14:00 / 13:30-22:00).

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £29,741.40 per annum, and 33 days annual leave. What you will do on a typical day
- Lead and support a team of operatives across multiple warehouse work streams
- Act as the first point of escalation for process, operational or staffing issues
- Coordinate daily tasks, balancing priorities across picking, packing, goods in and despatch
- Monitor KPIs, support performance improvement, and maintain high service levels
- Ensure H&S, quality, security and site procedures are consistently followed
