Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team in Brighouse, supporting our customer, Nutmeg. As a HR Administrator, you will provide timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers while developing the correct behaviours and culture within the site.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000.00 per annum, and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you will do on a typical day:
- Support the HR function in Employee Engagement activities including creating promotional materials, posters, presentations.
- Maintain all aspects of HR Administration (documentation, records, spreadsheets, correspondence, and filing).
- Deliver HR inductions for new starters in the business and liaise with L&D for induction plans.
- Prepare and process letters, meeting minutes and other documents as and when required.
- Ensure all new starters are administered on the systems and ensure reference checks are completed.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience working in a HR or Recruitment Admin position.
- Strong in systems - Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing and updating employee information to maintain accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of UK HR policies and procedures.
