Here at GXO, we're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our busy and collaborative HR team on our Nutmeg site based in Leeds and covering Nutmeg Brighouse . This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused HR professional who enjoys working at pace, partnering with operational leaders, and making a genuine impact on the colleague experience. You'll provide expert HR support across a wide range of employee relations matters, drive engagement initiatives, support people development activities and help shape a positive, high-performing culture. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9-5 with flexibility required

What youll do on a typical day:

• Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and support across performance management, employee relations and people-related challenges
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures
• Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, events, surveys and communications across the site
