As Warehouse Shift Manager, for our Home Delivery Network in Harlow, you will join our busy and ever-evolving warehouse team, where you will thrive to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for a future leader looking to work in a friendly, fast-paced team.
Role Details
This is a full-time 37.5 hours per week, permanent position across any 5 days out of 7. The rotating shift pattern will be (06:00 to 14:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 14:00 to 22:00).

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £41,116.61, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
What you’ll do on a typical day
- Operational leadership, leading daily team operations and supervising your team
- Operational efficiency and meeting KPI and performance targets, with a high focus on health and safety
- Multi-focused across the operation including; goods in, picking/loading, dispatch and returns
- Planning and focusing on continuous improvement

- First class communication skills and keenness to utilise leadership potential (previous supervisory experience)
- In-depth warehouse planning and hands-on operational experience
- Confident in IT skills including Microsoft and Google packages
- Role model in health and safety and warehouse operations experience
