Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Head of Operations to join our team in Leyland, supporting our customer Waitrose.
As the Head of Operations, you will effectively manage both warehouse and transport operations, ensuring operational excellence and consistently exceeding customer expectations, while ensuring full compliance with quality, safety and KPI requirements, fostering the development of people, processes and facilities through the deployment of best practices.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 17:00 however, with the site being a 24/7 operation, we do ask for some flexibility.
We are looking to offer a salary of up to £70,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company car or car allowance of £505.00 per calendar month, a company sponsored pension scheme, private medical.
