Here at GXO, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse MHE Operative to join our team at our Northampton DC7 site (NN4 9EX).
This is full-time, permanent role, based on any '5 out of 7' working patterns. Shift patterns available 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00.
Pay, benefits and more:
An hourly rate of £12.71
An hourly rate of £15.61 working afternoon shift (including Reach Truck allowance and shift premium for hours 18:00 - 22:00 )
An hourly rate of £16.61 working night shift (including Reach Truck allowance and shift premium for hours 22:00 - 06:00 )

What you'll do on a typical day:
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within drive-in racking systems
Load, unload, and move pallets to designated storage or dispatch areas
Ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval following warehouse procedures
Carry out daily forklift checks and report any faults or safety issues
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience operating a Reach Truck or VNA .
A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily handling duties
Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
