Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role, you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
We have full-time, permanent roles, with shift patterns available from Monday to Friday, either 8am - 4:30pm or 6am - 2:30am.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success
- Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met, and ideally exceeded
- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- Maintain health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.
