Are you a Finance Manager looking for the next step in your career? Are you accustomed to working closely with operational teams to produce reports and commercial KPI\βs? Do you enjoying engaging in customer meetings to help identify commercial efficiencies?
Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our team in Swindon, supporting our customer Iceland. As a Finance Manager, on an open book warehouse and transport contract, you will be responsible on delivering business focussed best practice\β reporting and insight to operations performance as well as financial information including weekly costings, monthly accounts, forecasts, budgets, KPIs and balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner.
This is a full time, permanent, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 till 17:00 with hybrid working avaliable. You will be working for an accredited employer of CIMA and ACCA and you also get 10% discount at any Iceland store!

Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of site-level financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
- Provide financial insight to support decisions on resource planning, productivity, and contract performance
- Track and analyse key cost drivers including labour efficiency, transport costs, warehouse consumables, and overheads
- Work with department heads to build bottom-up budgets for labour, transport, and warehouse operations
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Prior Third Part Logistics experience would be advantageous
- Experienced in finding cost efficiencies and potential savings
- Knowledge of financial management systems, while having experience of Oracle would be advantageous
- Exposure to building strong business relationships with both internal and external customers
- Ideally fully CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying towards
