Were seeking a Facilities Supervisor for our growing site in Sherburn in Elmet. The role will work closely alongside the QHSE Manager in the delivery of H&S and Facilities objectives. As apart of this role you will be responsible for managing the workload of the Maintenance & Hygiene Operatives.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Youll be working Monday to Friday start & finish times flexible.

What youll do on a typical day:
- Making sure faults are prioritised and assign repairs to the required team members.
- Ensure the fault register is maintained correctly.
- Mandatory checks and inspections are completed across the site
- Ensure all remedial actions are complete from any inspection or audit.
- Maintain the department PO register and raise required POs for repairs or equipment.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience within a senior facilities role, ideally within a warehousing or logistics environment
- Experience with data, utilising Excel and other Microsoft applications
- IOSH managing safely is essential
- Level 3 Diploma/18th Edition Wiring/IOSH/Refrigeration/City&Guilds
- Strong written & verbal communication
