Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Doncaster (Decoy Bank South). This is a full-time, permanent role and you will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, with rotational shifts between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Work as a team member within the fulfilment centre supporting the distribution operations.
- Pick varying sized/weighted items.
- Ensure supply of products to our customer in a timely manner.
- Work within a fast‑paced environment to achieve your pick rates.
- Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality.
- Adhere to all of GXO Health & Safety policies at all times.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience of warehouse management systems.
- MHE license desirable but not essential - as training will be given.
- Good communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build good team relationships.
- Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment.
