As a Van Driver, you’ll be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries to our valued customers - helping keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will be delivering alongside a Drivers Mate who will assist in the lifting and shifting of items. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, 48 hours per week, on a 5 on 3 off pattern, with start times between 05:00 and 05:30.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Work as a Van Driver delivering to customers' homes with care, professionalism and great service - representing GXO and IKEA while building the foundations of your HGV career
• Ensuring the vehicle and stock are properly secured
• Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Full UK driving licence
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• A positive, can do attitude
• Reliability, good communication and teamwork
• Physical capability to lift/move items
• Multi drop experience is useful but not essential
