Overview
In this on-site role at GXO in Milton Keynes, you will lead the site’s Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy and act as a key leadership partner. You’ll coach teams, drive a wide range of CI initiatives, and manage large-scale projects within a formal PM framework. The aim is to embed a CI culture across operations and functions while delivering tangible performance gains. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity with a strong emphasis on shaping processes and people development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement strategy across the site
- Lead and coordinate identified CI initiatives and projects with a focus on operations
- Encourage staff to identify improvement opportunities and ensure resources and progress
- Create a standardized project tracking suite for business cases and Project Initiation Documents
- Support personal and staff development through training and coaching
- Maintain and adapt personal/professional development to meet changing job needs
- Collaborate with site leadership as a key stakeholder to drive CI outcomes
Key requirements
- Prince 2 foundation and Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt advantageous but not essential
- demonstrable experience in a CI Management role
