We’re currently recruiting Class 2 Drivers to join our expanding team in Willand, Devon (EX15). This role follows a pattern of any 4 from 7 shift pattern, giving you consistency in your working week while still allowing for regular time off.
In this role, you’ll be delivering freshly roasted Costa Coffee beans and delicious food items to stores, ensuring every delivery arrives in perfect condition and on time.
You will be working a minimum of 48 hours per week, on an ‘any 4 from 7’ shift pattern, with start times between 18:00 and 21:30,this role is perfect for those who thrive in the late hours.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Conduct thorough pre and post-shift checks of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition
- Delivering chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores on a multi-drop route
- Using totes and tote boards to unload stock at each store
- Navigate through busy city routes and handle challenging parking locations
- Keep a close eye on vehicle defects and wear and tear and report them promptly
- Ensure that all documentation is filled out accurately and submitted on time
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Hold a valid UK Driving licence with Category C (Class 2)
- Less than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)
- An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
- Commitment to safety and compliance with driving regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiative
