Here at GXO, we are looking for a Payroll Management Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages, salaries, and benefits. This is a full-time permanent position with occasional travel to site. You will be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

What you will do on a typical day:
- Accurately process and manage payroll, ensuring employees are paid on time
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in line with legislation and company policy
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on new hires, terminations, and salary changes
- Validate timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies related to attendance or leave
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements for management and employees
