O urwarehouse is open 24/7, therefore, were looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us working nights on a full-time,
permanent basis.

You will be working on a shift pattern of ,4 on 4 off , with the hours of 18:00
06:00 working 40.69 hours per week, with paid breaks!

Career development and progression What youll do on a typical day: Loading, unloading, picking, and putting away stock safely and efficiently using MHE equipment such as VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, and PPT trucks Handling and preparing goods, including unpacking, wrapping, restacking pallets, and completing quality checks while following manual handling procedures Maintaining high standards of health and safety, accuracy, and attention to detail across all warehouse operations Providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively, and contributing to continuous improvement while demonstrating company values and a proactive attitude What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous warehouse experience is a bonus and confident using (or willing to learn) all types of MHE on site (VNA, Reach, Counterbalance and PPT) as required safely and effectively Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and high-quality work every time Reliable, self-motivated team player with a flexible, can-do attitude PC literate and numerate with good communication skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office suite We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
