Are you a Business Change Lead with a passion for driving impactful change in Time & Attendance systems? We are looking for a strategic thinker and change champion to guide our sites through a pivotal transformation, aligning people, processes, and technology to unlock workforce efficiency and compliance. This is a fixed-term contract position until the end of December 2025 and will require extensive travel to GXO sites across the UK.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Overall ownership to manage and deliver the Business Change plan and activities for multiple, concurrent site deployments each at different phases of the project.
- Responsible and accountable for delivering all change activities at designated sites on time.
- Gaining a good understanding of site operations and processes to update and deliver training and communications materials.
- Creating and delivering site training plans, including managing assignment and tracking of online courses as well as in-person training sessions for a number of different user groups at different stages of the project.
- Monitoring and measuring success of adoption and identifying areas of improvements at sites, process and behavioural, and work with project and site teams to implement change.
- Ensuring processes, procedures and practices are identified and embedded to achieve change and adoption throughout the business.
- Be a change champion; encourage and motivate others to embrace the change to realise the benefits.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Meticulous attention to detail with experience managing complex change projects.
- Experience of T&A systems.
- Experience of delivering Business Change and if it’s within a transport and logistics environment even better!
- Extensive knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to listen, engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
