Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting an Inventory Coordinator to join our flagship M&S national distribution centre in Bradford. This is a key operational role within our inventory team, supporting the accurate management of stock, storage and inventory processes across site. You’ll work closely with team leaders and operational teams to improve stock accuracy, reduce loss and ensure our customer continues to receive the high level of service they expect.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working on an any 5 from 7 night shift pattern, 22:00 - 06:00.

- You’ll be paid a salary of £25,396.80 per annum for the first 3 months, rising to £26,083.20 thereafter.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the completion of daily inventory, storage and stock control activities.
- Carry out cycle counts, ad hoc checks and annual stock checks in line with site schedules.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, reporting exceptions accurately.
- Use inventory systems and tools to improve stock accuracy and product placement.
- Work closely with operational teams to reduce stock loss and improve inventory performance.
- Ensure all activity is completed safely and in line with H&S, quality and legal requirements.
- Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and site stakeholders on inventory performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across inventory and storage processes.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience working in inventory or stock, within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- A good understanding of health & safety and safe working practices.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical, problem solving mindset.
- Basic IT skills and confidence working with data and systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A reliable, flexible approach to work, including night shifts.
