As a Senior HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of the companys HR systems for site employees while providing support for the HR Advisors and the HR Manager with administrative tasks. This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00. Were looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Support management teams with first line support for ER cases ensuring GXO standards and HR best practice are upheld and applied throughout Ensure HR aspects of Boards are updated regularly including but not limited to: job adverts, HR communications Produce regular statistical reports on HR information for Head Office and Site Managers, such as secondments, maternity and paternity, probationary reviews Support development and roll out of HR system to site, to include training users to understand and use the system where necessary Basic HR advising in fast paced environment
