Looking for a role where every day is different? As our new Benefits Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our employee benefits running smoothly – from answering colleague queries and managing our benefits platform to running our company car scheme for a fleet of 800+ vehicles. Oh, and you’ll also get to be a part of an award winning team!
You’ll be the go-to person for sites and teams across the UK & Ireland, solving problems, making improvements, and ensuring everything from benefit selections to car allocations happens on time and without a hitch. It’s a role for someone who’s organised, confident with data, and ready to make a real impact behind the scenes.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. We offer hybrid working and flexible hours to fit around you.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Be the first point of contact for benefit queries from colleagues and sites across the GXO business
- Provide day-to-day administration support for our benefits platform – bonus points if you have used Darwin before!
- Manage our company car scheme – GXO have a fleet of 800 vehicles. You’ll handle reallocations, arrange car movements, get new joiners up to speed, and be on hand to support colleagues when required
- Support engagement activities, such as site visits, new benefit launches, benefit promotions and general communications
What you need to succeed:
- Previous experience in an administration role in Reward, Benefits, HR, or Payroll
- Highly confident working with data – strong Excel skills and good numerical ability are essential
- A confident problem-solver who can think creatively, challenge the norm, and suggest process improvements to make things run more efficiently – you can really make this role your own!
- Works as part of a team, supporting others whilst taking accountability for own tasks
- Experience in using HR or Benefits systems would be advantageous
