Are you an organised, detail focused administrator looking to build your career in planning or data? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment where accuracy, communication and insight make a real difference? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a Planning Administrator to join our GXO operation supporting The Entertainer in Banbury.
You will play a key role in supporting the Planning Manager, handling data, producing reports and keeping daily planning activity running smoothly across the site. This is a full time, permanent role, working 07:00-15:30, any 5 days from 6 (Monday-Saturday).

What you will do on a typical day:
- Support the Planning Manager with administrative and analytical tasks
- Extract, manipulate and input data accurately from a range of systems
- Produce and distribute daily operational reports for GXO and the customer
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing processes
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives through reporting and data insights

- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate Excel skills - including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Ability to create clear and structured PowerPoint presentations
