on rotating shifts of

What you'll do on a typical day: Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and administrators to achieve operational objectives Monitor and drive KPIs, productivity, quality, and service performance across your area of responsibility Manage daily resource planning, headcount, and overtime to ensure cost-effective operations Champion health, safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards, creating a safe working environment for all colleagues Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, engagement, and operational performance What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage teams to deliver results Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership and drive improvement Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine passion for operational excellence and people development We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
