Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Ollerton (NG22 9LD) ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site! These are full-time , permanent positions and we have 2 shifts available:- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 14:00 – 22:00. Rotating 4 On 4 Off shift – working 12 hours per day between the hours of 0700 – 1900. What you will do on a typical day: Working within the warehouse supporting the operational teams with any administrative duties – Performing stock accuracy checks and proving detailed analysis of results – Providing solution and assistance in problem solving – Completion of daily reporting logs – Complete general administration tasks – Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required What you need to succeed at GXO: – Experience of WMS along with good knowledge of spreadsheet and Word programs – The ability to bring attention to detail to the role that ensures that a high level of accuracy is achieved – Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
