Oversee the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve targets, whilst managing under / over capacity of work areas

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our M&S site in Milton Keynes. You’ll support operational leaders with oversight of the team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner, consistently achieving departmental KPI’s.
This is a full-time, permanent position, where you’ll be working an ‘any 5 from 7’ night shift pattern over an 8-week rota. The hours of work will be 22:00 – 06:00.
Pay, benefits and more:
You’ll be paid a salary of up to £35,670.96 per annum, plus a night shift allowance of up to £6,198, dependent upon shifts worked. You’ll also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
