We’re currently recruitingWarehouse Operativesto join our friendly team inLowestoft (NR32 3BN). You’ll be working in amulti-temperature environment, which means you’ll gain experience across different temperature zones—keeping things varied and interesting.

You’ll be working1,816 hours per year, mainly on12-hour shifts, with some flexibility needed—because, let’s face it, that’s the nature of logistics!
Your shift pattern will follow a‘4 on, 2 off’ rotation, covering bothday shifts (06:00 – 18:00)andnight shifts (18:00 – 06:00).

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Unload pallets and cardboard materials
  • Help with pallet makeup by assembling containers and frames
  • Keep your work area clean, tidy, and organised
  • Move goods around the factory using PPT, T20, and Counterbalance equipment (if you’ve done this before, that’s a bonus!)
  • Always follow high health and safety standards
  • Work closely with your team and managers to keep everything running smoothly

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Comfortable working in chilled or cold environments
  • Flexible with working annualised hours, including 12-hour day and night shifts
  • Previous warehouse or freezer experience is great—but not essential
  • Eager to learn and pick up new skills
  • A positive, safety-first mindset and a strong team spirit
  • Experience using PPT, T20, and Counterbalance equipment is a plus
